Seek joy and contentment in motherhood, even in those mundane moments
I am Caleigh Houton, a qualified, internationally accredited Life Coach and mom. I specialise in supporting women through the extended postpartum period, the return to work after maternity leave, and the ongoing balance between career and motherhood.
Through simple, everyday changes, you’ll learn how to create more balance and contentment in your daily life, even when the days feel chaotic. You’ll build deeper self-awareness, so you can understand your own patterns, needs, and emotions instead of pushing them aside. And you’ll grow more confident in yourself — as a mom and as a woman. Together, we will uncover what you need to feel whole again.
Every woman’s experience of motherhood is different. Some women feel energised and calm. Others are in the thick of it — exhausted, unsure of themselves, or dealing with a shifting sense of identity. Whatever is true for you matters. Whether you’re in the first year with your baby and navigating a major life change, or back at work and finding the balance harder than expected, you’re not alone.
That’s why I created this coaching space — for moms like you.
This isn’t about becoming a “perfect” mom or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about finding a sustainable way forward that works for both you and your family, with greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence.
If you’re ready for personalised 1:1 support, let’s have a conversation and explore how coaching can help you through this chapter.
Your Questions, Answered
-
A life coach is a professional who helps you clarify your goals, overcome internal/external challenges and create actionable plans to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. A life coach is with you from the beginning to the end, to help support you, guide you, motivate you and bring you closer to a life full of fulfillment.
-
A life coach is different from a therapist, counselor or mental health professional. We don’t diagnose, treat or heal mental health conditions. Instead, coaching gently turns your attention towards the present and the future — towards the goals that matter to you right now, and the small, meaningful steps that help you move forward with more clarity, energy and confidence.
-
Anyone feeling stuck, seeking more clarity and balance in their life. Common reasons include building confidence, quieting that inner self doubt, improving relationships, navigating career changes, navigating major life changes, rediscovering your sense of purpose when things feel unclear or simply wanting faster results towards a more fulfilling life. Don’t be afraid to contact me and we can discuss if life coaching is suitable for you or not.

That’s completely normal - many people feel hesitant at first. I was too!
The best way to find out is to explore without pressure. I recommend getting in touch, we can organise a free introductory call and discuss where you are at in life, and whether life coaching is suitable for you.
